KENNETH WAYNE BACHINSKI It is with deep sadness that the family announces the unexpected passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather Ken, on Tuesday, April 17, 2001, at the age of 55. Ken will be sadly missed by his wife Shirley; daughter Jackie (Trent) sons, Jason and Jamie and his grandchildren, Tyler, Evan, Keaton and Billy. He also leaves behind his mother Mary; father Michael; godmother Aunt Rose and his brothers, Richard and Charlie (Van). Ken and Shirley were married for 33 years. They lived and raised their children in North Kildonan where Ken was actively involved for many years in community sports. Ken was employed with Canadian National Railway for 17 years. Ken liked to spend his time traveling and visiting his grandchildren. He also liked to spend much of his time volunteering with organizations such as the Knights of Columbus. A special thanks to the Holy Eucharist Parish Centre where he spent a great deal of his time and enjoyed all aspects of his job. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 21 at 12:00 noon at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 505 Watt St. at Munroe. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3B 2H8.
