IONE TOEWS (nee Wilson) It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Ione Toews on April 19, 2001, mother and grandmother. Ione is survived by her son John and daughter-in-law Wendy Toews of Winnipeg; grandchildren, John and Jim; mother Myrtle Wilson of Elbow, SK; sisters, Barb (Dale Kelman) of Loreburn, SK and Marion Bartel of Elbow; sister-in-law Anne Wilson of Elbow and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Eddy Toews; father John B. Wilson; brother John R. Wilson: sister Betty Fellman: Betty and Genes son Steven and brother-in-law Bill Bartel. Ione was very close to her late husbands family and will be dearly missed by them, her family and friends. She will also be missed by friends and co-workers at SMS Engineering, where she had been happily employed for the last few years. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 25 at 1:00 p.m. at the Windsor Park United Church with Rev. Sharon Wilson officiating. A private family internment will be held at a later date. There will be a memorial service held in her hometown of Elbow, SK for friends and family on Friday, April 25. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Windsor Park United Church Memorial Fund or a charity of ones choice in memory of Ione. Wereschuk Funeral Chapel 582-0929
