TIM FINCH It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Tim Finch, on Friday, April 20, 2001, at the age of 46 years. Tims memory will be forever cherished in the hearts of his wife Karen; mother Jean (Taylor) sister Faye; special friend Lydia; mother-in-law Ruby; brothers and sisters-in-law and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his father Bill in 1969. He was born and raised in Fort Rouge, living most of his life in the south end of Winnipeg. In his many years at MacDonald Youth Services, Tim demonstrated a special talent working with teenagers gaining their trust and respect. He was an avid sports fan, especially when his beloved "Cardinals" were winning. Tim was the CEO of the annual "Knothead Open Golf Tournament". Friends anxiously awaited a weekend of serious competition and all things expected from a group of 25 guys relieving stress. Tims love of life and sense of humour will be remembered by all who knew and loved him. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Thursday, April 26 at 7:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley Street, with a reception to follow. If friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of Tim to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Manitoba Branch, 200 - 55 Donald St., Winnipeg, Man., R3C 1L8. "Death exists only in the minds of others which is why it is not an end - no good-byes, just memories of you and I - till we meet again" LEATHERDALE GARDINER 1501 Waverley Street949-4860
