Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTED HASHIMOTO Peacefully on April 21, 2001, Ted Hashimoto passed away at Riverview Health Centre, following a courageous battle with cancer. Ted will be sadly missed by his sister Nobue; sisters-in-law, Tosh, Faye and Chris; brother-in-law Saburo Takahashi, Toronto; nieces Nancy (Ken) Nishibata, Gaia, Pam and Jennifer Hashimoto, Joy Takahashi; nephew Terry Hashimoto; great-niece Tannis Nishibata-Chan and husband Ron Chan, and all his friends in Transcona. Ted was born on July 5, 1925 in Vancouver, B.C. and moved to Manitoba in 1942. He worked as a Chef for Via Rail until his retirement. At Teds request, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. The family wishes to thank the caring staff at Riverview for their kindness and compassion.
