PETER YICK FO ENG Peacefully, following a lengthy illness, it is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Peter Yick Fo Eng with his wife by his bed side on Monday, April 23, 2001 at the Health Sciences Center, at the age of 54 years. Peter will be sadly missed by his wife Shirley; daughters, Alexandra and Irene; his son David; mother Fung Shui Chui; brother King Fo and family; brother Yin Fo and family; sister Yuet Ho and family; nieces, nephews, brother-in-law Mickey Chung and family; sister-in-law May Lowe and family; sister-in-law Kwok Mui Shin and family; sister-in-law Kowk Ho Lee and family; many friends and customers. Peter was born in China, educated in Hong Kong and at age 18 Peter became one of the youngest Fashion Designers in Hong Kong. At age 22 he came to Canada, worked in the Northern Tailor, in 1978 started his own Restaurant Business - Mitzis Chicken Finger, famous in Winnipeg. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 25 from 7:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley Street. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 26 at 11:30 a.m, also in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel. If friends so desire, donations in memory of Peter may be made to any Research Foundation of Health Sciences Centre. Special thank you to Dr. L. Isreal, Dr. J.
