When I am gone, release me, let me go, I have so many things to see and do, You mustnt tie yourself to me with tears, Be happy that we had these lovely years. I gave to you my love, you can only guess, How much you gave to me in happiness, I thank you for the love you each have shown, but now its time I travelled on alone. So grieve a while for me if grieve you must, Then let your grief be comforted by trust, Its only for a while that we must part, So bless the memories within your heart. I wont be far away, for life goes on, So if you need me, call and I will come, Though you cant see me or touch me, Ill be near, And if you listen with your heart, youll hear. All of my love around you soft and clear. And then, when you must come this way alone, Ill greet you with a smile and say "welcome home". Tomorrow will be Twenty-one years since you went to heaven to be with mom. Not a day goes by that I do not think of you and mom. The ache in my heart has turned to loving memories of the time we spent together here on Turtle Island. I will always carry you in my heart. Your loving daughter Gladys. - Posted by: Gladys Harvey (Daughter ) on: Apr 25, 2022

Even now I think of you Grandpa. That strong, vital and quiet man with the gentle eyes who watched me grow into a teenager. I miss you...and I love you. - Posted by: Travis Bailey (Grandson) on: Jun 26, 2013
