Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET CONSTANCE SHEPARD (nee Whyte) Margaret Constance Shepard (nee Whyte), born in Winnipeg, passed away peacefully at home in Vancouver on April 8, 2001. Lovingly remembered by daughter Margie (Tim) Walwyn, son Peter (Beckie) Shepard, grandchildren, Christopher (Michelle) Walwyn, Catherine (Brock) Turner, Carina (Peter) Law, David (Tracy) Shepard, Emily and Colin Shepard and great-grandchildren Megan Walwyn, Sam and Claire Turner. Also remembered by her sister Noelle Barnes, sisters-in-law Helen Clare MacDonald and Gail Whyte and numerous nieces and nephews. Mum, Grandma, GG has blessed her family with cherished memories of her gracious affection. She graduated in nursing from the Winnipeg General Hospital in 1935, then married and ventured forth as a CPR wife, setting up homes for her family in fourteen locations across western Canada and making many lifelong friends. The family is extremely grateful for the support provided by the Home Hospital Program and others dedicated to her care. A memorial service will be conducted by the Rev. Kevin Dixon at 2:00 p.m. on April 28, her 90th birthday, at St. Marys Anglican Church, West 37th Ave. and Larch St., Vancouver. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the B.C.
