AUDREY MAE TEPILO (nee DOWNIE) Peacefully, on April 25, 2001, Audrey Mae Tepilo passed away at Victoria General Hospital. She had just celebrated her 88th birthday the previous day, April 24. Audrey is survived by her husband John Tepilo and was predeceased by her parents John and Daisy Downie in 1959. Audrey spent her early years and most of her adult life living in the west-end. She was a long-time employee of the T. Eaton Company and a long-time member of Westminster United Church. Reading was always a passion for Audrey. In 1974 John Tepilo and Audrey were married. The couple travelled extensively to many countries around the world and until her most recent years Audrey was able to enjoy a fulfilling and active social life. She leaves behind her friends to recall good times and to share happy memories. Special thanks to Dr. Ray Singer and to the staff on the 3rd and 5th floors of Victoria Hospital for their concern and compassion. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame, on Wednesday, May 2 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
