ERDMAN "ED" R. HILDEBRAND On Saturday, April 28, 2001 at the St. Boniface Hospital, Winnipeg, Ed R. Hildebrand, aged 75 years of Winkler, MB, formerly Sioux Lookout, Ottawa and Winnipeg. He leaves to mourn his passing two daughters, Bonnie and her husband Paul Johnson of Nanaimo, BC and their daughter Morgan, Sharon and her husband Mike Zarecki of Sioux Lookout and their children, Colin and Melissa; three sons, Dennis and his wife Chris Hildebrand of Thunder Bay, ON and their daughter Erin, Garry and his wife Marian Hildebrand of Sioux Lookout and their children David and Kimberly, Dwight and his wife Pat Hildebrand of Sioux Lookout and their sons Kevin and Kyle and one great-granddaughter Darien Hildebrand (Kevin) one sister Tina and her husband Ben Rempel of Winkler; two brothers, Peter of Winnipeg and Henry and Selma Hildebrand of Vancouver. He was predeceased by one brother Abe in the Second World War. Friends may pay last respects at Wiebe Funeral Home Winkler (120 8th Street) Tuesday, May 1 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 2 at 2:00 p.m. from the Winkler Bergthaler Mennonite Church with Rev. Menno Janzen officiating. Cremation will then take place. Ash interment will follow at a later date in the Winkler Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, R3B 2H7.
