HELEN JANE OLSON (PANACHE) After a lengthy battle with cancer, Helen Jane Olson was suddenly taken home to be with her Lord. Left to cherish her memory are her mom Mary Olson, biological mother Nancy Olson; three brothers, Nigel and twins, Jesse and James; two sisters, Francine and Veronica, as well as foster sister and brother, Jeanine and Adrian and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends and her cat Hershey. Helen was predeceased by her father Melvin Watson (Sonny) and godfather George Olson and other relatives. She was an active volunteer at Manitoba House, with the Catholic Sisters, and was also actively involved in the Prayer Mobile Missionaries. Other hobbies Helen had were beading, leather work, dream catchers, reading and art work. Father in Heaven, I thank you for your outstretched hand. Your love enfolds me and fills my heart with peace. Amen. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, May 1 at 7:00 p.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, May 2 at 11:00 a.m., also at the chapel, Pastor Dave Sinclair officiating.
