MARLENE TOTH (nee DANIEL) On Friday, April 27, 2001 at the St. Boniface Hospital, Marlene Toth, aged 62 years, passed away with her family at her side. Marlene was born in Winnipeg on July 11, 1938. She was devoted to her family and friends, guiding them through their journey of life. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her many "gemstones". Marlene will be lovingly remembered by her son Mark (Erin) daughter Shelley; cousin Hilda (Gordon) and many special friends. Marlene was predeceased by her husband Steven; parents John and Mary Daniel; sisters, Gertrude and Irmgard; brother John and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 2 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Interment to follow at St. Vital Cemetery, with a gathering of family and friends will follow. The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff at the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital, especially Lim Lim and nurse Racheal.
