Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJENNIFER MELYNDA SHARON FRIESEN (nee SNYDER) Peacefully on April 29, 2001 at Morris General Hospital, with her husband Dennis at her side, Jennifer, aged 32, died after a brief but valiant battle with cancer. Jennifer will be lovingly remembered by her husband Dennis and her two sons, Cory and Ryan Robert. She is also survived by her mother Aneta (Allan) Jones; her sisters, Darlene (Lloyd) Penner, Janice (Gary) Friesen, Shelly Snyder (fiance Bill Padgett) her mother-in-law Eva Friesen; sister-in-law Judy Wiebe; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She will also be greatly missed by her close friends, especially Monique (Richard) Renaud. She was predeceased by her sister Liza, and her father John Snyder, both in 1999. Jennifer was born on September 27, 1968. She lived her entire life in Morris, working as a dietary aide at the Morris Hospital for 17 years, where she made many special friends. On June 30, 2000 Jennifer embarked on a new life by marrying her special love, Dennis Friesen. Her life revolved around her two special boys, whom she loved deeply. Jennifer was always concerned about her family and friends even during her last days. All who knew her will miss her special sense of humour and her loving generosity. A celebration of Jennifers life will be held on Wednesday, May 2 at 2:00 p.m. at the Morris Emmanuel Baptist Church in Morris, MB. Viewing will be held at the Morris Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 1 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in the Morris Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jennifers memory may be made to The Trust Fund for her two sons, Cory and Ryan, in care of the Agassiz Credit Union, Morris Branch. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at the Morris Hospital for their care and support. Morris Funeral Home, 204-746-2451, in care of arrangements.
