Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONARD GEORGE GEIB Peacefully on Sunday, April 29, 2001, at the Selkirk General Hospital, Leonard George Geib, aged 81 years, of Selkirk, Man., left us to be with his heavenly Father. Leonard is survived by his loving wife Shirley and his daughters, Karen (Ed), JoAnn (John) son Stan (Denise) daughters, Susan (John) and Kelly and 15 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son Wes and parents Amelia and George Geib and his two brothers, Bob and Willard. Len was born in Winnipeg, Man., on March 19, 1920, and served overseas in the Canadian Army for which he received many medals. He retired after 31 years of service with MTS. He served faithfully at Bethel Chapel and was dearly loved. Thanks to the many relatives and friends who brought much joy to his life. God Bless you all. A celebration of Leonards life will be held on Wednesday, May 2 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bethel Chapel, Selkirk, with Pastor Rob Bedard officiating. A special thanks to Tracy for all her love and compassion shown to both Leonard and his family. If friends so desire, donations may be made on Lens behalf to the Bethel Chapel (Lighting Fund) or to the charity of ones choice. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
