MARIA DOS ANJOS (BOTELHO) COSTA Peacefully, with all of her family by her side, Maria dos Anjos passed away on May 1, 2001. She was born August 15, 1924 in S. Miguel, Acores, Portugal. Maria was predeceased by her parents, Antonio and Estefania Botelho; brother Hermanos Botelho and granddaughter Kristen Moniz. She leaves to mourn her husband of 50 years Manuel; six children, Fernando (Adriana) Costa, Margarida (Emanuel) Cabral, Manuela (Joaquim) Clemente, Isabel (Mario) Santos, Helena (Carlos) Moniz and Natalia (Antonio) Botelho. Besides her dear husband and children, she leaves to mourn her fourteen grandchildren, Sandy (Victor), Kevin (Cathy), Terry, Jeffrey, Mark, Jerry, Justin, Melissa, Matthew, Jason, Nicole, Meagan, Samantha and Brittany. Also leaving behind her four sisters, Delfina, Jardelina, Conceicao (Fernando), Isabel (Joao) sisters-in-law; brother-in-law; Godchildren and many nieces and nephews. Prayers will be said on Friday, May 4 at 7:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 5 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church with Rev. Fr. Jose Eduardo Medeiros officiating. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kevin Cabral, Terry Costa, Jeffrey Clemente, Mark Cabral, Jerry Clemente, Justin Santos and Matthew Cabral.
