KERRY DEAN HELGASON It is with great sadness that I announce the untimely passing of my dearly beloved son Kerry Dean Helgason at his residence on Wednesday, May 2, 2001. Kerry will be lovingly remembered by his mother Willow. He was predeceased by his sister Penny Louise on April 2, 2001, and his father Halfdan in 1998. He will also be fondly remembered by his good friend Darlene Armstrong and family friend Frank DOttavio, uncles, aunts and many cousins. Kerry was born on March 30, 1961. He was employed with Seven Oaks School Division for approximately 15 years. Kerry loved animals and volunteered his time at the Winnipeg Humane Society. He will be missed greatly by his pets, Podi, Tat, and Tikka. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Monday, May 7 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ardal-Geysir Lutheran Church, Arborg. Pastor Otto Christensen will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Winnipeg Humane Society would be greatly appreciated. Arborg (MacKenzie) Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
