WANDA ZARNOWSKI It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Wanda Zarnowski, after a brief but valiant battle with cancer. Wanda peacefully passed away on Friday, May 4, 2001 at the Riverview Health Centre at the age of 81 years. She will always be remembered for her good nature and wonderful sense of humour. She will be dearly missed by her children. She was a pillar in their lives when they needed it the most. Everyone that knew her loved and respected her for her loving kindness and her caring spirit. Wanda will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children and grandchildren; John (Jane) Zarnowski (Michael and Justin) Judy (Dale) Dudar (Karly and Kyle) Yvonne Zarnowski (son Lee Richard) Irene (Joseph) Praymayer (Pamela and George Gushulak) and (Shellie and Micah Rowe). She will also be dearly missed by her great-grandchildren Faith and Hope Gushulak, Donavan Praymayer and Whitney, Kostas, Jillian and Megan Rowe. She was predeceased by her husband Janusz on January 26, 2001. Wanda was a very independent and industrious person who loved gardening. Her passions in life were sewing, knitting, dancing, but most of all the times she spent with family. "Dear Mama, you were a most caring and loving person who brought much joy and laughter into the lives you touched. We will miss you, but we will never forget you." Wandas funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 9 at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojciks Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Ave. at Sharp Blvd. Our family wishes to express our gratitude and our sincere appreciation to Dr. Mar and the wonderful staff (angels) of the third floor, 3 East at Riverview Health Centre, who took such good care of our Mom.
