Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERALD (GERRY) CASPER Gerald (Gerry) Casper, beloved husband of Elaine of Calgary, passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 3, 2001, at the age of 58 years. Besides his loving wife, Gerry will be dearly missed by his son Judd and his fiance Jaclyn. He will also be lovingly remembered by his sister Darlene (Dan) Lewis of Richmond, Texas; one niece Tanya (Dan) Parker of Calgary and three great nieces. He was predeceased by his parents Fred and Alma Casper. Gerry was born and raised in Dominion City, Man. On August 6, 1966, Gerry and Elaine married and resided on the family farm until moving to Thompson, Man., where he was employed with Inco. They then resided shortly in Brandon, Man. where they adopted their beloved son Judd. In 1975 they settled in Calgary where Gerry worked for Cana Construction, PCL, Don Davis & Sons and most recently with South Bend Construction. Gerry enjoyed gardening, camping and spending time with his friends, two Godsons, Riley and Connor and his puppy Sara. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Mountain View Funeral Home on Sunday, May 6 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 8 at 2:00 p.m. If so desired, a memorial tribute may be made in Gerrys name directly to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation, 1825 Park Road S.E.
