Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySAMUEL (SAM) SAMANIUK Samuel (Sam) Samaniuk passed away at Grace General Hospital after a short illness on Tuesday, May 8, 2001, at the age of 89 years. Prayers were sung on Thursday, May 10 at 7:00 p.m. in St. Basils Ukrainian Catholic Church, 202 Harcourt St 10:00 a.m., also in the church, with Rev. Fr. Isidore Dziadyk, O.S.B.M., presiding. Interment followed in the cemetery of Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave. WOJCIKS FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM 897 - 4665
