MARJORIE ELEANOR ROY 1916 - 2001 Marjorie Roy, beloved wife of Robert, and daughter of the late Alexander and Dorothy Southwood, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2001. In addition to her grieving husband, she is survived by her brother William (Helen) Southwood and her sister Patricia (Fred) Dodd. Her extended surviving family include her nephews, Gary (Kathy) Southwood and family, Fred (Penny) Dodd and family, and Tommy (Sherry) McBride and family. Her nieces include Debra (R.G.) Hemlow and family, Gail Hickey and family, Sherry (Reg) George and family, and Julie (John) Fagerberg and Jason. She was a much loved "Auntie" to them all. Marjorie was employed for 31 years at Stovel Advocate. She was an avid sport enthusiast - active in baseball and curling. She loved the outdoors, especially gardening, camping, and the social life at the lake. Bob would like to offer special thanks to Dr. Pat Harris and the nurses at 4W of the Grace Hospital. Thanks also to nieces Gail, Sherry and Julie. Without the help of his loving family, Bob would have had more difficulty getting through the past few weeks.
