Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHLEEN FLORENCE (KAE) GUILFORD Passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, May 16, 2001, surrounded by her family. She is predeceased by her husband Frank (1987) and her two brothers, Gerry and Keith. Kae will be sadly missed and joyfully remembered by her family; Jean, Dale, Marcia, Nancy and John McKenzie; Dave, Carol, Rod, Kristi and Graydon Guilford; Cynthia, Bart, Zachary, Brynn Mayo; Ken, Kenny, Michael, Ashley and Don Guilford; Don, Diane, Stacey, Andrea, Jennifer Guilford; Diane Guilford, Michel and Mike McClymont and Tania Olson; Robert, Celia and Jessie Guilford; her sister Marjorie and husband Watt McCrie; and the caring extended family of cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends that span the generations. Kae was born on March 16, 1918 at her parents, Deed and Mattie Coulthards farm. Kae enjoyed many interests and friendships in the Clearwater community through St. Pauls Anglican Church, the Womens Institute (50 years), 4-H, the Clearwater "Senate", and many others. She loved the farm and the Hereford cattle. In November, 2000, the whole Guilford family was honoured by the Canadian Hereford Association for having been actively raising Herefords for 75 years. Kae had a strong faith that gave her much joy and peace and which sustained and empowered her always. She was a role model and provided hope for so many as she approached her death with grace and dignity, and confidence in Gods presence with her always. The funeral was held at St. Pauls Anglican Church in Clearwater, MB, on May 18, 2001. If friends desire, donations may be made in her memory to St. Pauls Anglican Church, Clearwater; the Palliative Care Unit of Rock Lake Health District or the charity of your choice.
