Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY THERESA DZIALIK (nee WAZNEY) January 25, 1919 - May 23, 2001 Mary Theresa passed away peacefully on May 23, 2001 at the Holy Family Nursing Home. Mary will be sorrowfully missed and greatly cherished by her loving companion and best friend Jim Racz; her children Eleanor, Les(Rita), Jennifer(Jurgen) grandchildren, Rick, Christine, Les Jr., Hans and Dean; five great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Helen, Pauline, Joan, Joe, Charlie, Casmer and Frank, numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers, Walter, Stanley and sister Francis. Mary Theresa lived to help others however she could and was always giving gifts and love to everyone in need. Through her wonderful sense of humour and infectious laughter, she made friends wherever she went. She was a loyal friend and generous to all who knew her. She loved nothing better than to be with family and friends and to enjoy life. Her phenomenal memory for details of everyone around her endeared her to all. She remembered everyone she came in contact with and was always looking for a connection to whomever she met. Her generous and loving spirit will be with us always because she was a strong and determined woman who wanted only the best of everything for everyone she knew and loved. We will all miss her good, kind nature and genuine unconditional love. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 26, at 11:30 a.m. (Viewing at 11:00 a.m.) at St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church, Cooks Creek with Rev Fr. Sebastian Gacki officiating. Interment will follow at the parish cemetery. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the nurses and staff at the Holy Family Nursing Home for the loving care given to our Mother and also to the Sisters for their prayers and thoughtfulness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society. To our Mom and Grandmother, we love you very much. Thanks for all that you did for us and now REST IN PEACE.
