ERVIN ENNS 1949 - 2001 On Thursday, May 24, 2001, at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Ervin (Abe Irwin) Enns, aged 51, of Morden, went to his eternal rest. Ervin was a member of International Brotherhood of Teamsters No. 979, worked for the pipeline for 19 years; was a painter and the owner of Morris Hatcheries, and Morris Furniture with his brother Bill. Ervin had a special love for his children and grandchildren. He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife Judith Enns (nee Hodgson) two daughters, Lisa and Walter Hildebrand of Miami and children Amanda and Chantelle; Michelle and Gerald Budz of Morden and children Nicole "Nikki" and Jada; son Steven and Leslie Enns of Winnipeg; five sisters, Tina and Frank Goertzen of Morris, Mary and Abe Groening of Winnipeg, Susan Unrau of Winnipeg, Helen (Pete) Wolfe of Winkler, Linda and Peter Friesen of Alberta; three brothers, Jake and Martha of Friedensruh, Bill and Dorothy of Morris, John and Helen of Morris; sister-in-law Mary (Pete) Enns of Sydney; parents-in-law George and Mildred Hodgson of Manitou; three sisters-in-law, Maxine and Harvey Friesen of Morden, Lesley and Gary Kestrike of Manitou, Barb and Larry Klassen of Rivers; twin brothers-in-law, Don and Elaine Hodgson of Rivers, Gerald and Bonnie Hodgson of Rivers; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Peter and Susanna Enns, and by brother Peter Enns. There will be no public viewing. Funeral service will be held Sunday, May 27, 3:00 p.m., Morden Bergthaler Mennonite Church with Pastor Jake Friesen officiating. Interment will follow at the Chapel Cemetery, Morden. Donations may be made to the Morden Ambulance & Emergency Handivan in care of C.I.B.C. A special thank you to Dr. Brendan McDougall at St. Boniface Hospital Internal Medicine Department, Dr. MaryAnn Krahn at CancerCare, Dr. Robert Menzies, nurses, Barbara Hicks and Palliative Care, Wayne Forster and all support staff at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, and a special thank you to Pastor Jake Friesen.
