JAMES EDWIN JOHNSTON 1941 - 2001 After a long and courageous fight with cancer, James Johnston passed away on May 27, 2001 with his loving family at his bedside, at the Health Sciences Centre. James leaves to mourn his wife and friend Judy and his daughters Stacey and Kelly; son Laurie Johnston and grandson Timothy Johnston; his mother Florence Johnston; father-in-law John Persowich. He also leaves to mourn many family members and friends. James is predeceased by his father James Johnston and his brother Charlie Johnston as well as his mother-in-law Marion Persowich. At James request there will be no service and cremation has taken place. The family gives heartfelt thanks to Dr. James B. Johnston and staff at the Cancer Clinic and Health Sciences Centre staff.
