EDWIN HUGH (PAT) KENNEDY On Monday, May 28, 2001 Edwin Hugh (Pat) Kennedy passed away peacefully at the age of 89. Pat was born in Brandon, MB and later graduated from Brandon College. He married Peggy Dobbie and soon thereafter moved to Saskatoon, and later to Regina. He worked for 40 years as the Saskatchewan Representative for Proctor and Gamble. Always active, Pat enjoyed travelling, tennis, golf, fishing, curling and bridge. He and his family had a great love for lakes with cottages at Clear Lake, Waskesieu and later Lake of the Woods. Pat spent the last two years at the Wellington in Winnipeg where he lived an active and social life. Thanks to the staff, his many fine companions and especially Edith, for making his final years such a joy. Pat was predeceased by his beloved wife Peggy and his eldest son Terry. He is survived by his children, Jane and husband Joe, Bruce and wife Gail, daughter-in-law Micheale; grand-children Don, Patrick and Shane and great-granddaughter Sarah; as well as his brothers and sisters, Don, Jim, Frank, Patricia and Joan. We wish to thank the staff of the Victoria General Hospital for their kind and attentive care. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 31 at 2:00 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels 669 Broadway, Winnipeg.
