Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY WEBB (nee BAZAN) September 4, 1921 - May 21, 2001 Left us peacefully on May 21, 2001 after a short battle with Alzheimers and Dementia. Mary was born in Winnipeg, MB, September 4, 1921 and moved to the West Coast at the early age of 16. Mary had many interests which included her Bingo locally, fishing and trips to Reno and Las Vegas. Her greatest fulfilment in her life was her love and devotion to Charlie and Gary. Mary was an active homemaker and primary caregiver to husband Charlie "Onnie" and son Gary, both predeceased. She was also predeceased by her mother and father, Marie and Michael; sisters, Sofie, Annie, Lena; brothers, Wasel (Tiny), Andy, Peter and Mike. Mary will be sadly missed by her son Richard and his wife Donna; her sisters, Eva (Edward), Doris, Rose (Lawrence) and Bernice of Winnipeg; and brother Stephen (Alma) of Vancouver; numerous sisters and brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. A very special thanks to all the staff at Richmond Lions Manor for their special care and kindness during the past year. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 1 at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of the Richmond Funeral Home, 8420 Cambie Rd., Richmond, BC, followed by a reception. Marys cremated remains will be laid to rest with Charlie and Gary at Mountain View Cemetery, Vancouver, BC. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
