CAROLYN OWEN Suddenly, on Wednesday, May 30, 2001 at Little Grand Rapids, MB, our sweet mother, sister and daughter, Carolyn Owen, passed away at the age of 21 years. Carolyn was born in Winnipeg on November 30, 1979, and had spent her entire life in Little Grand Rapids. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory her mother Sarah Jane Owen; her children, Colton, Hasey, Sheldon, and Henry Jr.; sisters, Kitty, Nadine, Emily, Elizabeth and Verna; brothers, Nelson, Randy, Gilbert, Henry, Harvey and Robin. There are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, George Keeper; paternal grandparents, Elizabeth and David Eaglestick; her father Ronald Keeper and two brothers. Prayers were said on Friday, June 1 at 8:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave., Winnipeg. Wake services will be held on Saturday, June 2 at the residence of Sarah Jane Owen; Sunday, June 3 and Monday, June 4 at the Little Grand Rapids School Gymnasium. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 5 at 11:00 a.m., also at the Little Grand Rapids School Gymnasium, with Pastor Lawrence Eaglestick officiating.
