DOROTHY ELEANOR BLACK (nee PRITCHARD) On Friday, June 1, 2001 at the Carman Memorial Hospital, Dorothy passed away at the age of 73 years. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband Jim of fifty-one years; sons, Jack (Anne), Gary (Shirley) grandchildren, Robert (Deana), Jaqueline, and Doug; and two great-grandchildren, Michael and Tyson. She is also survived by one sister Mabel (Bill) Agar; and a brother Elmer (Elsie) Pritchard; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at the Miami cemetery on Monday, June 4 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Bob Gilbert officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carman Hospital Palliative Care Unit, Box 610 Carman, MB R0G 0J0 or to Miami United Church, Miami, MB R0G 1H0.
