LEA BELANGER It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lea Belanger (nee Dussault). She was born in St. Boniface, MB and lived there her entire life. Her husband Florent (Pete) predeceased her in 1978. She is survived by her two children, Jacqueline (Gilbert) and Paul (Debbie) and grandchildren, David Tytgat (Sheena) and Daniel Belanger. Lea cherished the times she spent with her family and friends of many, many years. She was devoted to her family and was always thoughtful towards her friends. We will miss her dry wit. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 7 at the St. Boniface Cathedral, with Fr. Leo Couture presiding and Fr. Bernard Belanger co-celebrant. Interment will take place at St. Boniface Cemetery. Viewing will take place prior to the service at 9:30 a.m. Special thanks to the staff at Centre Tache and especially to her great friends who supported her.
