Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE ANGE SABOT Marie Ange Sabot passed away on Monday, June 4, 2001 at the age of 87 years. She was predeceased by her husband Louis; her brothers, Pete, Fred, Jerry, Lionel and Ted; her sister Angie; and son-in-law Larry Miller of Regina. Celebrating her life are brother Joe (Winnipeg) sister Olive (Winnipeg) sister-in-law Olga (Winnipeg) her children, Leo (Leone) Sabot (Kamloops) and Doris (also known as Doe) Miller (Regina) her grandchildren, Rick (Sherry) Fraser, Sherry (George) Diewold, Lynn (Kirk) Steedman, Curtis (Terri) Sabot (Vancouver) and Danielle (Bernie) Le (Vancouver) great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Matthew, Chris, Pamela, Samantha, Derek, Matthew and Taryn; numerous wonderful nieces, nephews and friends. We lovingly remember Memere (as she was known by everyone) for her caring and compassionate nature - she always had a good word to say in any situation. She was fully engaged in life right to the end, accepting the good and the bad with a sense of humour, faith and dignity. Memeres greatest legacy is a family who loves one another. She will be sadly missed and always remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 6 at 1:00 p.m. in Holy Trinity R.C. Church, 5020 Sherwood Dr., Regina, SK with Rev. Paul Dungan, celebrant. Prayer service will be held on Friday, June 8 at 3:00 p.m. in the Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Winnipeg, MB with Rev. Fred Olds officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens at Green Acres. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
