Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDITH MARY (MOLLY) ANDISON At her home in Markham on Monday, June 11, 2001 in her 91st year. Molly (nee Pearson) is survived by her husband Dr. Alex Andison, by her daughter Jocelyn and her husband Georg of New York, by her son Martin and his wife Leslie of Ottawa, by her daughter-in-law Susan of Markham, and by her four grandchildren, Timothy and Jennifer in London, England, and Caroline and Jeremy in Ottawa. She was predeceased by her son Jeremy in 1986. Mrs. Andison was a native of Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, England. She received training as a nurse and mid-wife in hospitals in London. She came to Canada at the end of the Second World War to join her husband in Winnipeg. Many years later she moved to Ontario and lived in Ottawa before moving to Markham. A graveside family service at Elmwood Cemetery was conducted by Rev. Dr. Russell Hall, a friend from the Winnipeg years.
