EDNA FRANCES WILLIAMSON (nee CHADD) Peacefully, on Wednesday, June 13, 2001, Edna passed into eternal grace at the age of 95 years. She will be sadly missed by her sister Evelyn Violet Chicoyne and several other family and friends. Edna was predeceased by her husband, Louis Day Williamson in 1956. Born in the Winnipeg area on July 21, 1906, Edna was known as Auntie Fine to her family and Nana to the children. She was well loved and will be missed by us all. A previous Eatons employee, she spent 25 years as a volunteer for the Health Science Centre and the White Cross Guild. She enjoyed travelling and bowling, entertaining and visiting with her family and friends. At Ednas request, a private family graveside service will be held on Monday, June 18 at 10:00 a.m. in the Elmwood Cemetery, Winnipeg, MB. Special thanks to Alice and Harold Bissett for their neighbourly care and to special friend Marion Shirley of British Columbia.
