Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySHIRLEY A. HIGHAM (nee HALL) 1931 - 2001 Mum passed suddenly while she slept on June 13, 2001. She leaves to mourn her passing her mother Muriel Hall; sons, Tom (Darlene), Terry (Michelle) sister Doreen (Ron) along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Ted; father Thomas; sister Jean; and brother Jack. Mum proudly served in the RCAF and later returned to the civilian workforce as clerk at the St. James Library, a ward clerk at Deer Lodge Hospital, and as a supervisor in the Department of Veterans Affairs. She will be sadly missed and always remembered for her generosity, kindness, and dedication to her family and friends. In keeping with Mums wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service will be held. In lieu of flowers, please direct your donation and wishes to The Salvation Army, 500 - 55 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 1L8.
