Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUCY SOBCHAK (nee KOBZA) Peacefully on Sunday, June 17, 2001, at Tuxedo Villa, Lucy Sobchak, 95 years, widow of the late Chester Sobchak. Lucy was born September 30, 1905 at Tarnopol, Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1926 where she married her husband Chester. She will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Regina, son-in-law Don Spence and grandsons, Shaun and Mark of Oakdale, CA. Lucy was a member of the Catholic Womens League for over 40 years. She also enjoyed several years of activities sponsored by the CNIB. The family would like to thank the staff at Tuxedo Villa for the compassion and care that was provided for Lucy over the years. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 21, at 10:00 a.m. (Viewing between 9:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m.) at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. Interment will follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery.
