Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELSIE CAMBRIA KELM (nee BUCHANAN) Elsie Cambria Kelm (nee Buchanan) of Neepawa passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 19, 2001 at the Neepawa Hospital. Elsie was born on October 7, 1918 in the town of Riding Mountain. She married Edward Kelm on December 14, 1938. Elsie is survived by her husband Ed; her three children, Eldon (Shirley) Kelm, Donna (Ben) Smith and Marlene (David) Allen; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Greta McLaughlin and Muriel McLaughlin. She was predeceased by her parents, Archie and Doris Buchanan; one brother Roy Buchanan; and sister Melba McLaughlin. Memorial service will be held at Riding Mountain Legion Hall on Monday, June 25 at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Klein officiating. Interment will be at Riding Mountain Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church in Plumas or the Neepawa District Palliative Care Service, P.O. Box 1240, Neepawa, MB R0J 1H0. Whites Funeral Home, Neepawa in care of arrangements.
