ETTA CHARLOFF Etta Charloff, aged 93, passed away on June 22, 2001 at the Sharon Nursing Home of Winnipeg, MB. She was predeceased by her parents and husband. She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Marvin and wife Elizabeth (Betsy), grand-children, Marshall, Darren and wife Dawn, and great-granddaughter Annamarie of Minneapolis, MN; son Aaron and wife Hadassah and grandchildren Dana Zehava, Jonathan and Lior of Kfar Sava, Israel. Two sisters, Celia Asper and Chana Freedman of Winnipeg; and brothers, Aaron Zevit of Toronto, ON and Dave Zevit and wife Zola of Los Angeles, CA, and all their families. Etta was truly a gentle soul who cherished life, lived it to the fullest and who has passed on a legacy to her children and future generations as one of honesty and integrity. She had made her presence felt throughout her lifetime and will be forever missed. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 24 at 11:00 a.m. at Chesed Shel Emes followed by interment at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Sharon Home of Manitoba, 146 Magnus Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2W 2B4.
