Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSE PATRICK The family of Rose Patrick sadly announce her passing at the Victoria General Hospital, Thursday, June 21, 2001. Rose was born September 15, 1909 in Silver, MB. She was predeceased by her husband Peter in 1981; parents, Metro and Mary Zolub; sister Carrie Wintony of Thunder Bay. She will lovingly remembered by her daughter Eleanor Didur (Michael) grandson Dean Didur (Lisa) her beloved great-grandchildren, Kyle and Courtney. Also by her sister Kay Verhoeven and family of Ladysmith, BC, Winnipeg and Thunder Bay; brothers, Walter Zolub of Weyburn, SK, Ben Zolub, Nick Zolub and family of Arborg, MB. Rose lived most of her life in Winnipeg, enjoying her home, garden and sewing. Lately, losing her eyesight, seeing her flowers and watching Kyle and Courtney was what she missed the most. She strongly believed in Jehovah God and hoped a time when there would be no pain or sorrow in a paradise earth. John 6:40. A graveside service for friends and family will be held on Tuesday, June 26 at 10:00 a.m. at Garry Memorial Park, 1291 McGillivray Blvd., (past office site), followed by a memorial service at Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St. at 11:00 a.m., with Mr. Walter Didur officiating.
