KENNETH MALCOLM SIMPSON On Wednesday, June 20, 2001 Dr. Kenneth Malcolm Simpson passed away peacefully after many years of ill health at Hunter Memorial Hospital, Teulon. He was predeceased by his father Albert in 1963, and his mother Winifred in 1982. He leaves to remember him with sorrow and affection his wife Christine, and four children, Helen, David, Jonathan and Caroline. Also, a son, Paul in England; and a grandson Samuel; and sister Jeanne. Ken was born in Hull, England in 1935 and completed his medical training at Kings College in London. He immigrated to Canada with his wife and eldest daughter in 1971, settling in Teulon where he established his practice and served the community for the next 20 years as a general surgeon and practitioner. He will be fondly remembered by his many grateful and devoted patients. A celebration of his life will take place on Thursday, June 28 at 2:00 p.m. in the Teulon-Rockwood Centennial Hall, followed by a private cremation. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made in his name to A.F.M., 200 Osborne St., Winnipeg, MB, R3L 1Z3 or to the Hunter Memorial Hospital Foundation, Teulon. We pray that he has at last found the peace and serenity that he searched for during his life.
