Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJONATHAN CHRISTOPHER SAYCO It is with deep sadness that we announce the accidental passing of Jonathan Christopher Sayco on Wednesday, June 27, 2001 at the Health Sciences Centre, age 15 years. John will be sadly missed by his parents Leo (Freddie) and Annie, brothers Ryan and Jayson, sisters Cheryl, Kim and Tracy. John will also be sadly missed by his relatives in the Philippines - two grandmothers, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Also relatives in California , uncle Polly, auntie Pat, cousins Patrick, Julie and Elbert and by friends in B.C. and most especially by his godparents and friends in Winnipeg. Our John was born on July 16, 1985, in Winnipeg. He attended Tyndall Park Community School, Linden Meadows School and then moved to Shaftesbury High School. John was such a hard worker- since the age of 13 he worked for the Winnipeg Free Press and the Winnipeg Sun. Once he turned 15 he worked for Subway and IGA. Johnny was really looking forward to his 16th birthday. He was excited in hopes of obtaining his drivers license and hoping to graduate. Johnny had planned on helping and working on the farm with dad. He also wanted to go to University and achieve a degree. Johnny always had so much energy that he was always on the go. Be it playing piano, basketball, sketching comic book heroes and having races with his brothers and sisters or spending time with his friends camping and driving around, he always wanted to be around people. And it was his smile that brightened everybodys day. It was big and bright and so...unforgettable... You are not forgotten loved one Nor will you ever be, As long as life and memory last We will remember thee. Please remember that you will always be in our hearts forever our dear John. Lamay will be held on Thursday, July 5 and Friday, July 6, both days from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 7 at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Edwards Roman Catholic Church, 818 Arlington St., with Rev.
