MILDRED KANTOR Peacefully, on Friday, June 29, 2001, Mildred Kantor, aged 87 years, passed away at Riverview Health Centre. She is survived by her daughters, Valerie Maloney and Mae (Bob) MacLeod; her son Frank (Darlene) grandchildren, Jack and Gary; sister Helen Danowski; and many nieces and nephews. Mildred was predeceased by her husband Ted (1951) brothers, Frank, John and Martin; and sisters, Katie and Mary. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Riverview Health Centre for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 4 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Inurnment will follow in Garson Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garson, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mildreds memory to the Riverview Health Centre Foundation, 1 Morley Ave., Winnipeg, R3L 2P4. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL in care of arrangements 586-8044.
