MARJORIE LOUISE HANSELL June 14, 1913 - June 29, 2001 It is with great sadness that we announce that Marjorie, with family at her side, has passed away. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Brian (Beverley), Barry (Diana), Jim, Rick (Kathy) and Patty (Kevin) Hagen; grandchildren, Susan (John), Jodi, Jeffrey (Shannon), Nadine, Tracey (Mark), Janice (Darrin), Patricia, Jennifer, Wesley, Krystal, Chelsea and Christopher; 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces. She is survived by her sister Gena (Norm) Micklewright and brother-in-law Ken (Kae) Hansell. In her youth, Marj was an avid speed skater and violinist. She was actively involved in her familys lives and her greatest joy was time spent at family gatherings, especially if they were in her honor. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 5 at 1:00 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff of Park Manor Personal Care Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Park Manor Personal Care Home.
