FRANCIS (FRANK) JOSEPH FASO Peacefully on July 2, 2001, Frank passed away at the age of 89. He was born in Seward, PA and has lived in Winnipeg since the age of two. Frank was pre-deceased by a stillborn daughter; parents, Josephine and Anthony; brothers, Joseph, Lawrence, John and Vincent; and sisters, Mildred, Mary and Josephine. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Theresa; one son Donald (Madeline) grand-children, Dana Fedorchuk (Dean), Tyler, Jay, Kathy and Mike Ward; two great-grandchildren, Yogi and Jade; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by sisters, Rose and Margaret; and brothers, Anthony and Samuel. Frank retired after 38 years at the CPR Weston Shops as the Fire Chief. He was a great sports enthusiast both as a participant and a fan, an all-star bowler in his day, he may have been the Blue Jays harshest critic and biggest fan! Prayers will be said on Wednesday, July 4 at 8:00 p.m. in the Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 5 at 2:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Church, 252 Dubuc St. with Fr.
