MICHAEL DAVID MOAR Peacefully, on Sunday, July 1, 2001 surrounded by family and friends, Michael David Moar at the age of 20 slipped into the hands of the Lord. He will be met by his grandparents, Stanley Moar, Irene and Abraham Richard and aunt Lilian OBrian. Mike will be sadly missed by his parents, Yvonne and Ralph; brothers, Junior and Marshal; best friend Sean Demchuk and special sister Sheila North. He will also be remembered by his grandmother Melva Moar; aunts and uncles, Orval and Valerie Moar, Yvonne and Gerald Morrisseau, Irene and Gym Lyall, Sam and Pearl Richard; cousins, Grant, Sean (Diane), Charmaine (Terry), Charlene (Marcel), Curtis, Craig, Cheryl, Sean, Jason, Ryan, Neil, Beverly and Marie; nieces and nephews, Jessica Raven, Sonny Richard and Trisha North; special friends, John Crampton, Dean Thomas, Marissa, Tina and the Demchuk family. Mike was born in Winnipeg on April 10, 1981 at the St. Boniface Hospital. He enjoyed playing football for the East Side Eagles, video games, hanging out with his brothers and many friends. Mike was a very loving, caring and generous person and he always stood up for what he believed in. The family would like to give special thanks to the GD6 nursing staff at the Health Sciences Centre. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 4, between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, after which cremation will take place. A Remembrance Service will be held on Thursday, July 5, at 1:00 p.m. also at Cropo Chapel with interment to follow at Chapel Lawn. Honorary Pallbearers will be Sean Moar, Sean Demchuk, Grant OBrian, John Crampton, Artur Pereira, Shawn Liebrecht and Derek Danilko. Donations in Mikes memory can be made to the Cancer Society. We will always remember you Mike, Till we meet again. Cropo Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements, 586-8044.
