Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN KENNETH MARSHALL John Kenneth Marshall of Calgary passed away at the Carewest Cross Bow Auxiliary Hospital on Saturday, June 30, 2001, in his 75th year. Ken was born in Boissevain, MB, and raised in Pilot Mound, MB. He worked for many years for the Coca-Cola Ltd. in both Winnipeg and Toronto, ON. He retired to Calgary in 1991. Ken will be remembered for his humour and quick wit and was a gentleman to the end. Ken will be remembered and sadly missed by his loving wife Helen of 50 years, his mother Madge of Pilot Mound, his sister Lavona of Surrey, BC, and brother Barry (Nellie) of Winnipeg, MB, also brother-in-law George Hewett (Valerie), and sister-in-law Verna Hewett of Calgary, as well as nephews, cousins and many friends. He was predeceased by his father John. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Cross Bow for their great care and kindness to Ken during his illness. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made in Kens memory directly to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, 6007 - 1a St. S.W., Calgary, AB T2H 0G5, or the Canadian Diabetes Association, 114, 1212 - 1st St. S.E., Calgary, AB T2G 0G8. At Kens request, a memorial service will be held in Pilot Mound, MB at a later date, with burial in the family plot in Boissevain, MB.
