Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM MANN Peacefully, on Wednesday, July 4, 2001 William Mann, beloved husband and best friend of Eva. Bill is survived by Eva, his wife of 61 years; his daughters, Deanna Hodgson (Bryan) and Beverley Meunier (Charlie) grandchildren, Jeffrey Hodgson, Jacqueline Mitchell, Russell Hodgson, David Meunier (Esther), Jennifer MacBeath (Murray) two great-grandchildren, Alexander and Stephanie and his precious third awaiting birth. Bill was born in Montreal on May 21, 1915. He worked at the CPR for 45 years, retiring in 1975. He shared his love of music and exceptional talent with various churches in Montreal and Winnipeg as organist and choir director. He was a kind and gentle man, well loved by his family and all who knew him. We would like to thank the staff of the Kildonan Personal Care Home, especially those on the 3rd floor, for the loving and compassionate care they provided. In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of their choice. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 9 in the chapel at Glen Eden Funeral Home with viewing one half hour prior to service time. Interment in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
