VALMORE "VAL" FOSTER On Friday, July 6, 2001 Valmore Foster passed away at the Victoria General Hospital at the age of 68 years. He was the beloved husband of Velma; father of Kim (Ron) Hiebert, Brett (Jackie) Foster and Terry Foster and brother to Darlene Foster and Ron (Myrt) Foster.
