MARIE GREGOTSKI Mrs. Marie Gregotski, widow of the late Ludwig Gregotski, passed away peacefully in the Hunter Memorial Hospital, Teulon, MB on Thursday, July 12, 2001 at the age of 86 years. Marie will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Patricia (Ted) Hall, and grandson Gordon (Jolene) Hall. She will also be sadly missed by her sister Kay Gregotski, by her brother John (Josie) Halayko, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Ludwig in June 1988; sisters, Anne, Nellie, Stella, Rose, Jean and Laura; brothers, Joe, Anton, Stanley and Peter; as well as her brother-in-law Frank. Marie spent her younger years in Ladywood and Beausejour. Following her marriage, she and Ludwig made their home in West Kildonan. The past three years, she made her home with her daughter Pat. Mom loved her family and her home. She enjoyed her garden, made wonderful preserves and always made sure we had plenty to eat when we visited. She enjoyed playing bingo but hadnt figured out how to win! The family extend sincere thanks to Dr. Pillay and the staff at Teulon Hospital for the loving care given Mom. Also, heartfelt thanks to the nurses and home care workers who provided Mom with their special daily care. Funeral service will be held in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. No. 1 East at Green Acres Lane, on Monday, July 16 at 10:00 a.m. Friends may pay their respects one-half hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens.
