Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATARZYNA KORDUPEL It is with great sorrow and deep regret that we announce the death of our beloved Aunt and great Aunt, Kathrine Kordupel. During the early morning of July 14, 2001 our "Ciocia" left us after a hard struggle at the Misericordia Health Centre. Born in Poland on October 18, 1914, she resided in Poland and ran a successful farm up until her immigration to Canada in 1972 to join her sister Maria and Dmytro Klaczko in Winnipeg. Kathrine came to Canada with great enthusiasm and worked at Goodwill Packing until her retirement. Our Ciocia meant everything to us and her smile, laughter and stories will be missed forever. She will be sadly missed by her niece Maria and husband Andrew Luczak, their children, Michael, Krystyna and Gregory and brother-in-law Dymtro Klaczko. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, July 17 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Divine liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 18 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Josephs Ukrainian Catholic Church, 250 Jefferson Ave. with Fr. B. Kyba, C.Ss.R. officiating. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery. The family would like to extend special thanks to all the staff in the Interim Care Unit at Misericordia Health Centre.
