MARIE CANDIDE DUPUIS Marie Candide Dupuis (nee Fillion), agee de 84 ans, est decedee paisiblement a sa residence, le 18 juillet 2001. Precedee par son epoux, Wilfrid en 1991, elle laisse dans le deuil 11 enfants et 39 petits-enfants; Yolande (Germain Rheault) de St-Boniface et leurs deux filles: Joelle (Steve) & Jacinte (Gerald) Yvette (Emmanuel) Courcelles de Ste-Agathe et leurs cinq enfants: Marc (Colette), Donald (Cheryl), Suzanne (Bill), Monique (Ted) et Richard (Michelle) Aurele (Aline) de St-Boniface et leurs quatre enfants: Lise (Chai), Claude (Sophie), Mona (Daniel) et Robert (Karen) Rose-Marie (Raymond Payette) de lAlberta et leurs trois enfants: Chantale (Ian), Carmen (Daniel) et Miguel (Monique) Huguette (Peter Zacharias) de Kelowna, CB et ses trois enfants: Daniel, Guy (Kerry) et Brigitte (Bill) Murielle (Edmond Sabourin) de Buffalo Point et leurs quatre enfants: Christiane (Randy), Joanne (David), Darrel (Annette) et Serge; Roselyne (Philippe Carriere) de St-Boniface et ses trois enfants: Gina (Alex), Hubert (Rhonda) et Priscilla (Yvan) Jean-Paul (Yolande) de Lorette et leurs huit enfants: Daniel (Nicole), Jocelyne, Colette (Jerry), Yvan, Philippe (Sue), Nicholas, Stephane et Renee; Rheal (Leah) de St-Boniface et ses deux enfants: Rheanne (Kelly) et Kristian (Kristie) Nicole de Victoria, CB et ses deux enfants: Charles et Benoit; Michelle (Roger Gratton) de St-Boniface et leurs trois enfants: Gilbert, Daniel et Monica. Elle laisse aussi 42 arrieres-petits-enfants, six surs: Josephine Dumontier, Ida (Henri) Peterson, Solange (Albert) Berard, Antoinette Marion, Irene (Les) West et Denise Marion et deux freres: Lucien (Elisabeth) et Ulysse (Emma) Fillion, ses belles surs: Florence (David), Jeannine (Albert), Therese (Gerard), Claire (Armand) Desharnais, Yvonne Dupuis, Agathe (George) Paquette, beaux-freres: Leandre (Imelda) et Raymond (Madeleine), ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nieces. Lont precede dans la mort, son pere et sa mere, Telesphore et Anna Fillion, et ses freres, Emile, David, Albert et Gerard. Marie a devoue beaucoup de son temps comme benevole au Centre Tache et comme associee des Surs Grises de St-Boniface. Comme joueuse de carte, son passe-temps favorit, elle sera beaucoup manquee par ses ami(e)s du blocs Chateau Guay. Les prieres seront recitees au Salon Mortuaire Cropo, 1442 rue Main, Winnipeg, vendredi le 20 juillet a 19 hrs. Visionnement aura lieu a 10 h, suivie de la messe de la resurrection celebree en leglise du Precieux-Sang, 200 rue Kenny a 10h30, samedi le 21 juillet, presidee par labbe Charles Fillion. Linhumation des cendres suivra dimanche a Ste. Elizabeth, MB. Les amis qui le desirent peuvent exprimer leurs sympathies en offrant un don a la Fondation des maladies du cur. She also leaves behind 42 great grandchildren, six sisters: Josephine Dumontier, Ida (Henri) Peterson, Solange (Albert) Berard, Antoinette Marion, Irene (Les) West and Denise Marion, two brothers: Lucien (Elisabeth) and Ulysse (Emma), sisters-in-law: Florence (David), Jeannine (Albert), Therese (Gerard), Claire (Armand) Desharnais, Yvonne Dupuis, and Agathe (George) Paquette, brothers-in-law: Leandre (Imelda) and Raymond (Madeleine) as well as many nephews and nieces. Aside from her husband, Marie was also predeceased by her parents, Telesphore and Anna Fillion; and her brothers, Emile, David, Albert and Gerard. Marie dedicated countless hours as a volunteer at the Tache Nursing Home and was a member of the Grey Nun Associates of St. Boniface. She was also an avid card player and will be sadly missed by her friends at the Chateau Guay apartment building. Prayers will be held on Friday, July 20 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St., Winnipeg. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 21 at 10:30 a.m. with viewing at 10:00 a.m. at Precious Blood Church, 200 Kenny St., St. Boniface, with Fr. Charles Fillion officiating. Cremation to follow. Inurnment on Sunday in St. Elizabeth, MB. In lieu of flowers, you may donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
