WILLIAM JAMES SINCLAIR July 7, 1917 - July 20, 2001 Peacefully, William James Sinclair (Bill, Boo-Boo) of Peguis First Nation, on July 20, 2001, passed away at the Health Sciences Centre, at the age of 84 years. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Ron (Brenda) and Reg; daughters, Deanna (Earl) Cameron, Geraldine (Bob) Olson, Debbie (Kevin) Mason; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; brother Arnold (Ilse) Sinclair; sisters, Caroline Murdock, Ruby (Fred) Murdock, and Anna Govereau; sister-in-law Myra Sanderson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Bill was predeceased by his wife Harriet (1997) his parents, Peter and Mina; sons, Peter and Garnet; grandsons, John Boy, Marcel, Frederick, and Darrell. Bill and Harriet were married on August 25, 1943. Together they raised seven children, two grandchildren, and he was currently raising two great-grandchildren. They resided in Peguis until 1962, when they moved to Riverton. They returned to Peguis in 1990. Bill was a construction worker who operated heavy equipment. He was a diesel mechanic all of his working life. This work took him to many northern communities. Dad attended residential school in Brandon, MB. He had many friends and enjoyed their company and visits. Dad was a loving father and husband who took care of his family at all times. He will be always loved and remembered. Thanks Dad for guidance siren and wisdom shared, For special ways youve shown you cared. For family times, we treasure still, We love you and we always will. A wake service will be held on Monday, July 23 at 8:00 p.m. at Bills residence in Peguis. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the Peguis Community Hall, Peguis, MB with Rev. Wesley Barrett and Rev. Barry Bear officiating. Interment to follow at the St. Peters Anglican Church Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to: ANDERSON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME Ashern, Manitoba 1-204-768-3606
