JANE "JENNIE" THIERRY Peacefully, on July 21, 2001, Jennie Thierry passed away at age 96. Jennie was predeceased by her husband Laurie in 1996 and all of her siblings. Jennie will be lovingly remembered by her son Blain (Elizabeth) of Victoria, BC; daughter Shirley (Jack) Jones of Winnipeg, Marlene (Harvey) Coltart of Portage La Prairie; and Donna Iwasiuk of Winnipeg; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was a loving, caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and a very loyal friend to many. Special thanks to the nurses on 3 North at the Grace Hospital for the loving care shown to our mom, and thank you also to Dr. M. Chernick and Dr. L. Stevens. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jennies memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102 - 310 Broadway, Winnipeg MB R3C 0S6. A private family service will be held. Interment will take place in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
